This was such a good video and explains so much about... well, my existence until now 😂 I just spent a week on a walking holiday with some close friends and wish I'd watched this when it came out because it would have probably made me feel less insane (feeling great and super happy and stimulated walking and chatting during the day with them, then /intense/ rumination afterward when things quietened down a bit or trying to "relax" with a book or something after). Thank you both.
