There are so many tips and tricks when it comes to dealing with ADHD barriers and struggles... but this resource has a plethora of information, not just about ADHD, but about different ideas of ways to accommodate yourself, be it at home, work, or school!

Thank you for this! As someone coming from the ideal ADHD environment that is the world of the performing arts, the struggle to get a “real job” to help support myself, financially, has been… real. I’m gonna need all the support I can get.
