Sounds like your phone or iPad are helpful to sleep. Do they also make it difficult to fall asleep if they are near you while you're in bed? If not, then do what works for you. :) If so, finding ways to keep your phone/iPad near your bedside so you can extend time or listen again, but otherwise makes it difficult to use other apps that might keep you awake (there are, ironically, apps that can help with this).

But what do I do that I listen to audio books, or Calm sleep stories, which are accessible via phone or ipad? In theory I could still get connection for my ear buds. But sometimes I need to extend time. Or listen again if I wake up during the night.
