Earlier this afternoon, the Third Street Saints were spotted kidnapping several people right off the streets, absconding with them in broad daylight!

Amongst the victims were the husband and children of Chief of Police Troy Bradshaw and the daughter of Mayor Monica Hughes. Arrest warrants for the Saints have been issued, and the heroes are scouring the streets to find these poor souls!

Have the Saints finally shown their true colors? Is this just the prelude to a new wave of crime about to strike our fair city?

Ultor has publicly decried these actions, and urge the citizens of Stilwater to stay on their guard around the Saints!

Anyone else find it weird how the media isn’t reporting that there were Ronin at the crime scenes, too? And that the Saints apparently saved the so-called ‘victims’ from being kidnapped by the wannabe Weeaboos?

I saw it happen! The Ronin tried to get the mayor’s daughter into a windowless van – all it was missing was ‘free candy’ painted on the side – but then a couple Saints rolled up and put ‘em down! Although the mayor’s kid also kicked their asses pretty badly. It was wild.

Anyone else think the Ronin were trying to kidnap those people for their stupid Feast of the Moon thing? Saints must have found out and stepped in to help. Good for the Saints. The Ronin have been a real problem and their ‘celebrations’ are awful. Got a friend of mine killed last year.

I was going home after my job, trying to get back before the Ronin start swarming the streets for their disgusting Feast bullshit, and it sounded really big!

EDIT: Update, folks! Turns out the blast was a Ronin garage going up in flames! Doesn’t seem like there will be a Wild Hunt this year now that half of their vehicles have been destroyed in a single blow! But still, stay indoors, just to be safe and sure!

Aisha’s dead! For real this time!

Infamous Ronin lieutenant Jyunichi aka “Katana,” known for his murder of the hero Blaze It, broke into a home in Stilwater’s suburbs, and apparently found supposedly dead popstar Aisha Brown! He then killed her while trying to lay a trap for Third Street Saints member Johnny Gat!

I always did think it was weird that they kept coming out with songs even though Aisha was reportedly dead. Sure, her label claimed they were using old songs that were never released, but still…

Aisha’s dead! For real this time!

Holy Shizzle! Aisha was dead, and now she’s not dead but now she’s dead again?! And it’s all the Ronin’s fault!
I cannot believe how insane this all is! The Ronin – led by Katana, Shogo’s right-hand guy – attacked a house in the suburbs which was apparently Johnny Gat’s place! They murdered Aisha – who was apparently Johnny’s Wife?! – and then get into a huge battle in the streets between themselves, the Saints, and the heroes!
What’s going on in this city?!

EDIT: So apparently Johnny Gat was stabbed during the home invasion by Katana and had to be rushed to the hospital. Scapegoat is refusing entry to all heroes and reporters at the moment and hasn’t said anything about what’s gonna happen next.
EDIT EDIT: So, quick update, but it seems like Skunk and the Saints have avenged Johnny and Aisha. They shot up Kanto, this high-quality sushi restaurant, and get this? Katana – whose real name is Jyunichi – was there, picking up dinner. He’s dead, now, and Skunk burnt the place down after he was done.

Dang, this is wild. They drove past the place where I work, and I saw a whole bunch of people explode! Did you know the Ronin still use Explodium fuel in their vehicles?!

Current Body Count: 28 Ronin (13 dead, 15 injured), 6 Cops (4 dead, 2 injured), 3 Saints (3 injured).
Among the dead Ronin were Razorwire and Onigumo, two Ninja (fancy way of saying lieutenant). They had pretty high body counts themselves and were wanted for murder and grand larceny.

Anyways, this is the death-kneel for the Ronin. They dun goofed. Attacking Johnny Gat AND Aisha? Yeah, no way the Saints let this go lying down.

Hey, heads up, the Saints also shot up the airport last night. Their opponents weren’t the Ronin, far as I could tell, but it was a bunch of Japanese guys in suits. Might have been Yakuza…

@Nerofight I heard about that, too. Looking into it, there was a private jet from Japan that arrived last night. A passenger manifest isn’t available, which is weird, and the info on who owned the jet has been scrubbed as well, but I think this might have to do with the Ronin. After all, Shogo’s dad is supposedly a high-ranking Yakuza. And if the shoe fits…

(Sunday, February 16th, 2124)

Shogo stepped into his father’s safehouse. It had only been two days since his father had arrived, and yet so much had happened.

Five years of hard work, evaporating like smoke right before his eyes, and yet Shogo could do nothing about it. Not with his father here, acting like he was.

Shogo looked around the living room, watching as Kazuo Akuji, Oyabun of the Japanese Yakuza, lit a few candles in front of a shrine that held Jyunichi’s photograph set into a black frame.

“Are you alright, father?” Shogo asked. “My men have told me you’ve barely eaten anything these past few days.”

“He’s dead, Shogo,” Kazuo said softly, grief marring his voice and causing his Japanese accent to come out stronger than usual. “Jyunichi is dead, and you are all I have left.”

“Is that really so bad?” Shogo couldn’t help but ask. His father turned to give him a look of pity and disgust.

“It’s worse than you could ever imagine,” he spat out.

“Father… I-!” the leader of the Ronin began, only for his father to cut him off.

“Leave me in peace, Shogo.”

“I’ll make you proud, father. I’ll finish what Jyunichi started! I’ll kill Gat, I’ll kill the Saints-!”

“Do whatever you want, Shogo. Just do it away from me,” Kazuo demanded, before walking deeper into the safe house.

Shogo clenched his fists and stormed out, removing his phone from his pocket as he did so.

“Lee, listen up! I need you to organize as many boys as possible. We’re gonna get our revenge on the Saints, and I know exactly how we’re gonna do it,” he told his newly promoted second-in-command when he picked up.

The Saints wouldn’t know what hit ‘em!

“I want Shogo Akuji arrested, do you hear me?! Him and every single Ronin!” Mayor Monica shouted, slamming her fists onto her desk, blue lightning crackling across her body.

“I’ve got the police on that, and the heroes have been surprisingly helpful, for once,” Troy assured her. “The moment we know where he is…”

“That is not good enough!” Monica snarled. “And that doesn’t even explain anything about where the hell my daughter is!”

“Andrea is safe,” Troy tried to tell her, but the Mayor jabbed a finger in his face, the scent of ozone flooding his nostrils.

“Safe? Safe?! She’s in the clutches of a gang!”

“The Saints are… honorable,” Troy admitted, though it pained him to do so. “At least Skunk is. He would never hurt anybody innocent.”

“They killed my husband!” Monica growled out darkly.

“And he was a complete piece of shit,” Troy shot back. “I don’t agree with what Skunk has done at times, but I have very little sympathy for a man who treated Stilwater like his playground and flaunted the rules left and right. Alderman Richard Hughes was a major reason why the city was infested with gangs and corruption, and his little scheme to buy out Saint’s Row only hurt Stilwater in the long run.”

The mayor glared at him, but the Police Chief stared back, matching her gaze. After a moment she sat back down, continuing to glare, though her Quirk started to settle down at last.

“You are on thin ice, Bradshaw,” Monica warned.

“You need me,” he stated calmly. “And you know anyone you replace me with will be utterly unsuited to handling the city.”

“For now, yes,” Monica spat out.

“What else do you want from me?” Troy asked. “I’m doing the best I can!”

“I want a lot of things from you, Bradshaw, but for now? Do your fucking job, and arrest the Ronin! Do not, under any circumstances, allow them to leave!”

“That… may be a problem,” Troy said hesitantly. “Shogo Akuji is not an American citizen. He’s technically only here thanks to Stilwater U’s international exchange student program.”

“What are you saying? That we can’t arrest him for his crimes in our city?” she demanded.

“It’s the excuse he’s been using every time we tried to arrest him in the past, yes,” Troy revealed. “He’s bribed and blackmailed several people within the Japanese Embassy in Washington D.C., and they are protecting him. Even if we catch Shogo red-handed, they pull a bunch of legal loophole bullshit and force us to free him.”

He ran a hand over his face, clearly frustrated. “He’s also pulled some strings to get the Ronin recognized as a charity or some shit, I didn’t really understand the legalese his lawyers were throwing around. But it basically boils down to the lieutenants of his gang being recognized as duel-citizens or something, making it hard to hold them as well.”

“Damn them!” Monica growled. But then she blinked as a thought came to her, and the mayor narrowed her eyes at Troy. “Wait a minute… are you… using the Third Street Saints to eliminate the Ronin?”

“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” the Chief of Police replied with a dismissive scoff.

“No… I see it now… this whole time, you’ve been using the Saints to rip apart the other gangs!” Monica accused. “You couldn’t do it, so you let your former friends do your dirty work!”

“And if I did?” Troy demanded. “You can’t say that things aren’t better, now.”

“They’re still criminals,” Monica snarled.

“And as soon as they’re done with the Ronin, I will focus all efforts onto eliminating them as well,” Troy vowed. “The law will be upheld.”

“If you fuck me over this on…” she said warningly. He just snorted and stood up.

“If you’ll excuse me, Mayor Hughes, I have paperwork that needs doing,” he said, walking out of the office.

‘Christ on a pogo-stick, Playa,’ Troy thought to himself with a sigh. ‘You always cause chaos wherever you go, don’t you?’
