A few weeks ago, I had folks vote on 3 out of 6 possible 'Relationship' / 'Slice of Life' scenes.

The winners were...

Admiral Naila + Bodyguard Vael, Knowledge Hero Thomas + Mage Stellas, and Lyn + the Twins.

The Naila + Vael scene will appear in Book 4, Chapter 4 (Section 2) - It's been written!

(The 'date scene' took a pivot towards steamy - fade to black, nothing explicit, but just giving the heads-up. It's genre and age-appropriate for the young adult audience).

The Stellas + Thomas scene will appear in Book 4, Chapter 4 (Section 3) - It's been written!

(It delves into some lore as well as remaining a mostly intellectual conversation which also shows some of Stellas' motivations).

The Lyn Threesome 'fade to black' will appear in Book 4, Chapter 6 (Section 2) - It's been written!

I also posted a new poll and pinned it. Thanks so much for reading Ruinous Return, and supporting my work! A new commission of Lyn artwork is in the works (I got an update pic a few days ago...end of August at the latest!)
