Itsuka Kendo - Hypnotized By The Fun-Raiser

I plan to use the Fun-Raiser in future artwork (with the actual character).
I could use some help with their design! Leave a comment on what you might want to include. Something clown/carnival themed is what I have in mind so far. I haven't even decided their gender yet, so it's a blank slate!
