In the comics Mark chooses to leave Earth of his own volition instead of needing to be lectured by William. Also in the comics Mark goes to visit his mom first to tell her he was leaving in person before visiting Amber, but she was drunk out of her mind and couldn't understand him. Kinda weird that they chose to have him prioritize visiting Amber over visiting his mom in the show. You can really tell that they're trying to make Amber's character more likeable after the backlash she got from fans last season, but instead she just comes off as bland. https://imgur.com/a/fnmjaxB

It'd be dangerous to delete his fear emotion altogether, that's true, but being able to control it means being able to detect it and knowing you're afraid in a certain situation serves the same purpose (you're being careful) as actually feeling it. How THE HELL did WIlliam got there and found them talking so far away at random direction? Amber could use a bit of Superhero Spouses Anonymous. How come "Rumours of Marc / Invincible have reached us a few galaxies away" but the Vultrumites can't track him down?

2024-08-03 02:10:40 +0000 UTCI’m convinced that this show has no budget when it comes to voice casting the characters. Thankfully Prime has that cool feature that tells you what actor is in the scene you’re currently watching. A couple of my favorite additions this season have been Ben Schwartz (shapeshifter clueless guy) and Tatiana Maslany (Allen’s love interest).
