It's crazy how authentic Rex's character shift feels after the bullet. Because he keeps the exact same tone, dialect and Rex-isms - just no longer being hostile about it, he feels like the exact same character and not a tropey rebirth. Big props to the VA and the writers for pulling that off.

Not something I would normally do in the slightest but it felt very liberating being out of my comfort zone and even having strangers come up to me asking to take pictures.
