It wont be explained in the anime (In the manga already is), but Leorio's Nen is Emission type, and that "teleporting Punch" is the base of his use of Nen for medicine purposes, that one of his techniques is a kind of Ultrasound able to check inside of the body for abnormalities.

Ofc depends on how bad are the claims but i saw some people getting away of it this way, people that try to apologize or proof that the claims are fake usually it backfires on them.

That exorcist ant got rid of APR from Cheetu without Cheetu ever returning the loaned Nen to Knuckle, and that's the only way for APR to go away. I'm sure there's plenty of different rules for different exorcists, but the fact that Gon made a condition where he gave up EVERYTHING probably makes it extremely powerful and binding, more so than the nen of any other sane person lol

After absorbing the technique they’re stuck with the burden of the technique for how ever long the techniques lasts. All that to say getting an exorcist for Gon was always a long shot,
