2024-10-02 01:53:39 +0000 UTCI think the reason Toga can’t transform is because she is filled with so much hate at this moment. i don’t think it keeps her from truly feeling love for those she cares about. it’s honestly very sad, Toga had taken lives, but it was never malevolent, she had her own form of love bursting forth. but now she is killing out of hatred and truly wanting destruction.
