Since we're used to episodes half as long, the progress bar would seem to you at 4min (which is where you start) the same as 2min of a normal episode, so it didn't click. But yea, it's called DIRECTOR's cut, not REACTOR's cut :P

Actually, might as well just Re:Record every Re:Action you've done for every show so that you can Re:Member and get your mind in the right context.

I can't say too much without risking spoilers, but I do want to tell you that you are pretty on-point with much of the observations on different character dynamics. I also thought it interesting that you pointed out how despite Emilia is the subject of Subaru's fawning over, we're actually getting a deeper dive on basically everyone in the mansion EXCEPT for her, and witnessing the bonds Subaru is forming with them over life-and-death scenarios. It's a very deliberate thing by the author, and definitely goes to speak more on Subaru's exuberant character -- along with how it tends to affect the people around him that funny enough, all have their own bottled-up feelings and pasts. Looking forward to the next one!

2024-10-09 04:47:10 +0000 UTCI believe Ram wasn't angry at the attention Subaru was getting from the village kids, but the fact that they were being a hassle in the sense of further delaying her mission to save Rem. Since she has to wait for Subaru to be done with receiving thanks from not only the entire village, but the kids as well -- before she can take off with him, who (to add salt to the wound) would likely to be a burden to their travel speed due to his still-recovering state. It'd be equal to waiting for a deadweight to accompany you because they insisted it when time was already precious.

2024-10-09 04:24:34 +0000 UTCI believe you missed a part at the beginning of the ep. Subaru waking up after his encounter with the mabeasts. Aside from that though, great thoughts as always. Another one of my fav evolving dynamics is Subaru and Rams, the banter is just written really well, and I love how it continues to evolve over the series.
