Merch (part 2)

First is a Loyalty Program: "Patrons will receive a merch item every 3 months for a year"
Second is a One Time Delivery: "Patrons will receive your merch item one time after 3 payments"
Honestly... both of these sound a bit naff to me; I'd rather there be a store front that patrons have access to, but these are what we've got to work with for now it seems. Of the 2 options, which is more appealing to you?
