He gave me pretty much free reign to do whatever I wanted here and initially I thought a super close up splatterfest would be cool (final slide for the initial sketch) but after a bit of back and forth we ended up going with a big hero shot with all the fire and energy blasting goodness. As is often the way with our work it got a bit crazy - and as always it was totally worth it. I'm really happy with this one, even if it is a little different from my usual work.
Part 2 will be up shortly, where things take a naughtier turn...
