Added 2025-06-08 13:10:58 +0000 UTCPlaying around with a different workflow inbetween other bits I'm doing.
This is all built off of a greyscale sketch, with gradient maps applied over top and then painted into on layers above the original sketch with no additional linework or holds. It's kind of closer to working like a traditional painter in that you're always adding to the earlier work rather than working below it like I normally do.
It's been interesting and I might do it again for a personal piece in the future, but for the majority of my work I'll be sticking to my usual methods - they're way more controllable and easier to edit!
