Springtime in the Village (Villager, Animal Crossing)
Added 2022-04-13 20:55:06 +0000 UTCI ended up changing the flowers into the sapling that Villager uses for Down + B and dash attack -- but I have a feeling people will still say, "who is that supposed to be?" lol
Villager and Robin were two of my favorite characters to draw from Smash, since I injected a lot of my own ideas into my versions of them. Villager especially, since my interpretation is so different from the hyper-stylized model in the games. At a certain point, it's tempting to think, "why don't I just make an entirely new character?" -- and yet, there's a charm to taking an existing design and twisting it into something different and (for me) more appealing.
