Gotta be quick before Ingo catches them, hence the bottomless look. Not exposing the tiddy was a deliberate choice -- a difficult choice, but it felt like the best fit for the scene to me.
All the post-time-skip women in Ocarina of Time are cute...I kinda wanna draw Zelda or the Cucco Lady or Ruto someday, too.
