Palutena bathing...never gets old.

I'm trying out some new ideas again -- wanna aim for simplicity, confident line art, more expressive faces, a shape language that's a bit more stylized or chibi-fied. Think artists like Akira Toriyama or Rumiko Takahashi, that sort of vibe, but still very much myself. Not satisfied with this particular take, but I feel like it's going in the right direction and I still really like it.

Also still in quite a bit of pain from that compressed nerve, but I'm doing my best. Hoping the trigger point injections end up helping -- if not, I'll see what else they can do to me. That's actually part of why I want to aim for a simpler style...I'm realizing that maybe I'll never be able to spend a ton of time on each piece again, if I don't want to be debilitated. Gotta work faster, smarter, simpler. Make the best stuff I can, but be efficient about it. Hopefully this new style idea will let me do that.
