1 - I don't know if you ended up going back and checking, but yes, Edwin was that much of a cartoon in his earlier episode. He seemed thoughtful and patient, then Sam said he wasn't done in Richmond and Edwin *went off* 2 - I mostly agree with you about rich people not caring, but maybe just one person saying "no" would've been enough to tank the idea. At least, for now. 3 - I mean, I could see Nate's dad having seen Nate's depression, after having been so successful in West Ham, having known he pushed his son too much, and opening up like that. Even if it's out of character, it's not like he has to change entirely, he could just find this one moment to be open and honest... and moving forward, they're just working on their relationship. (And Nate's dad may well not be that open again in a long time, but he found that one moment, seeing his son depressed, hearing his son playing violin, to speak to him like that.) I don't know... I thought it felt earned, I guess.
