Dude, lethal force wasn't fucking authorized, you absolute fuckwit. You aren't just allowed to shoot an unarmed, fleeing person of interest (not even a suspect) because you have a clean shot. Jesus, dude.

It comes off as just the most boorish, annoying dude. Could you imagine being at work selling hot dogs, and some dude comes up to you and starts talking about "you sell artisanal hot dogs now. Did you read Tipping Point? Do you know about Mavens?" Oh my fucking god, kill me. Shoot me in the fucking head. Listening to this fucking idiot rambling on... can you just pay for the hot dog, then like... leave?

The movie does come before the show and centers around senator Mora who is in the show here but they explained the lore enough that you don't need to see the movie first . And the movie has a very different tone than the show . There'll be a lot more of what you referred to as cheesy comedy in the future but it really is the heart of the show at least for me

The guy seemed relatively milquetoast to me - although I thought he grew on me throughout the season - but the presence of Deb, more than anything, got me to watch the show. I've said before, I think there are some similarities to Psych with it's irreverent main character and the more button-up female partner (although Limitless has no Gus) as well as its willingness to change things up episode to episode and have fun with different themes. Headquarters!
