Blue Blazer in: Persona Preferences

Hey folks!

Sorry, in a hurry this week, so instead of me rambling, please enjoy some superheroine fun!

-----

“Welcome, welcome!” Doctor Roger Levin smiled as he walked up to the new arrival. “So glad we can finally meet! To what do I owe the honour?”

“The recommendations of several of my dear hero friends, Sir,” Blue Blazer smiled as she offered him her hand. “They all speak very highly of you.”

“Oh, I’m sure they’re far too kind. The only things I’ve done are the same as anyone else in my position.”

“Indeed?” She looked around. “I’m not sure about that, my good Doctor.”

The Crystal Light Lab complex was the most advanced scientific facility of its kind on Earth, and it certainly showed. Even just stepping into the entrance hall, Blue Blazer, world renown alien heroine and general great gal, felt like she’d set foot on a world much closer to her own. Maybe not quite as advanced, but still very impressive – especially if you remembered the technological level of the rest of the planet.

And the man most responsible for this incredible place was standing in front of her, eagerly shaking her hand. He was a tall man, for a human, striking a dashing pose – at least, he did from what she’d been able to glean from the movies she watched. Wrapped in a clean but ruffled lab coat, with short dark hair, thin rimmed glasses, and a neat stubbly beard, Doctor Levin was the first and foremost scientific mind of the human race. Even her people would have been impressed with him, she felt.

He spoke up as he gestured for her to walk with him, heading down a corridor deeper into the labs. “No sidekick with you today?”

BB chuckled. “No, she’s guarding the city,” she said, smiling fondly. “She insists she needs to do it solo to prove to me that she can handle the responsibility.”

He looked up at her, surprised by her tone. “You don’t think she does?”

“Of course not.” The heroine shook her head. “I trust Gimmick with the world ten times over. I couldn’t imagine a safer pair of hands to leave my protectorate in.” Then she paused, rubbing a finger against her cheek. “Well, as long as she doesn’t get any prank ideas, anyway…”

The scientist nodded. “I see I see. Well excellent! It’s good to know that the two of you have such a strong bond.”

“Yes…” Honestly, BB didn’t know where she’d be without her faithful shapeshifter partner. The younger hero was much wiser than she let on, and often had her hands full keeping her mentor from making some kind of embarrassing earth blunder. Like, who knew that those men in the high-visibility vests were repairing those roads, not vandalizing them like she first assumed? She’d very nearly made an awkward mistake the first time she’d encountered that Earth custom. “But also… Ah, well, I have to confess, the issue I’m here about today, it’s very much a personal matter. It’s not really hero business - it might not be worthy of your time at all…”

“Nonsense!” Doctor Levin waved his hand dismissively as he led the blue skinned hero into his office, gesturing for her to take a seat while he slid behind his desk, instantly almost disappearing behind a collection of scientific clutter. “My dear, science is all about helping people with their issues – and no one could be more worthy of our assistance than the legendary Blue Blazer herself! If there’s something you require and science can provide, then I consider it my ethical duty to do so!”

She blinked. The man’s resolute enthusiasm obviously caught her off guard.

“I can see why my friends speak so highly of you,” the hero said, her smile growing. “Very well. How to put this…?” She took a seat, thinking for a moment, before trying to explain. “You see, I am a visitor to your planet. Originally my assignment here was a temporary stop to arrest a galactic space criminal, but after the heroes of this world helped me capture her, I swore to repay the debt and protect this world from threats.”

Behind what looked to be a radioactive lava lamp, the good Doctor steepled his hands, nodding. “A very generous offer, considering your powers! For which I hope my people has proven to be suitably grateful.”

BB laughed. “Oh, everyone’s been lovely – except, you know, the villains. They usually wish I’d moved on.” The two shared a chuckle. “But… Ah, I must admit – privately - that the move was not entirely altruistic on my part…”

He raised an eyebrow. “No?”

“No. I… My people…” Her lips thinned, one pair of hands twiddling their fingers, while the other rubbed her shoulders. “The culture I come from is very… stifling.”

“Ah.” The man frowned, adjusting his glasses. “ I did hear that our diplomatic efforts to contact your home world were…. very heavily regulated.”

“Yes.” She sighed, her irritation obvious. “That would be accurate. My people have fixed ideas of how things should be done, and how they should not. And by comparison, Earth is very free, and very beautiful. Such a grand mix of cultures and ideas and art…” The hero trailed off for a moment, lost in her memories. “When I first arrived here I had never seen the like of it. And eventually I couldn’t bear to leave it.”

It hadn’t been quite that simple, of course. When she’d arrived, she’d been much more like the rest of her people than she wanted to admit. But soon enough that had begun to change…

“Ha!” Doctor Levin grinned. “Well I suppose I’ve never thought about how we must look from the outside. Not sure I’d use the word ‘beautiful’ if I were in your shoes, personally.”

“But you are!” She protested. “All of you! It’s…” The alien hero smiled, gazing into the distance, absently playing with a blonde lock of hair. “No, I understand, it’s difficult to convey. There is a distance between us that will never truly be bridged. No matter how long I stay here, no matter how many friends I make, how many battles I fight, no matter how many days I save, I’ll always be an outsider looking in.”

“Ahhh.” The scientist leaned forwards, his elbows pressed against the desk. “I think I may see where this is going.”

BB fidgeted. It looked delightfully human on her. “I have been… wondering. Just, wondering… If maybe there was some way that we might be able to craft some kind of… human disguise? Something that would hide… All of this.”

She gestured to herself. Her blue skin. Her two pairs of arms. Her antennae. Her dazzling height and obvious muscles. All the things she felt held her back from fitting in.

Then she blushed, realising just how big of a request she was making. “N-nothing-… I mean, I don’t expect anything major or anything. Just, simply, maybe, a way to walk around the city sometimes without everyone seeing me and knowing exactly who and what I am?” She gave the Doctor an uncertain look. “It always makes civilians so nervous… And, and perhaps it might be useful for undercover missions, where I need to investigate without raising the alarm. I’ve had some trouble with villains recognising me from afar in the past…”

BB was babbling at this point, unable to stop herself. Gimmick would have been making a teasing joke by now to deflate the tension, and the hero really wished she was present to do so. It was just such an awkward request. What was she expecting them to do, give her some body paint and tie her arms behind her back?

But to her surprise, the Doctor just nodded, grinning as his glasses flashed in the light. “You know, miss Blazer, I think I know just the thing…”

-

“It’s an experimental device I’ve been working on for some time,” he explained as she followed him into his private lab. It was, as so many things were in Crystal Light, state of the art, with white walls, smooth black surfaces, and a reinforced tiled floor. There were almost a dozen lab tables neatly organized around the place, all with their own experiments on the go. Over there was a treadmill with a pair of robotic legs running at an absurd speed on top of it. And in that corner was some strange spinning device that was broadcasting a dazzling array of colours, including a few on a spectrum that BB didn’t think humans could actually see. A very… pretty… spinning… set of…

Wha… What was she doing again? She shook her head and followed after Levin.

The table he led her to was far more mundane. On it was a simple metal ring, perhaps a little bigger than her fully spread hand if she were to guess, with a white finish on the outside, and green circuitry woven around the interior. There was only one blemish in its otherwise perfect circle – a spot where the material was stretched out, just enough to allow a round blue button to be installed in it, with no marking to indicate its purpose.

“I call it the Alter-Ego Kit,” the Doctor continued, picking the ring up and twirling it around in his hands. “Simply place the device around your neck…” He grasped it gently between his fingers and pulled the ring open, demonstrating its near-invisible hinges. “And then turn it on.” He indicated the button. “Easy.”

“So it’s a necklace?” The blonde heroine asked, taking the device when he handed it to her and turning it over curiously. “But what does it do?”

“Lots of things!” He flashed her a smile as he circled the table and leaned over it, winking. “Mass displacement! Chameleon circuits! Gravity manipulation! It doesn’t just disguise you, it temporarily turns you into the human profile of your choice. It even mild hypnotic data uploads to your psyche.”

Though her interest and hopes had been steadily rising, one word in that list of effects caught her ears like a hook, and she froze in place. She even moved the collar a little away from her. “Hypnotic?”

“Exactly.” He nodded, seemingly not picking up on her distaste for the word. “The Alter-Ego Kit comes complete with a dozen prefabricated identities installed, with room for hundreds more. All of which require hundreds of small details, movements, adjustments and knowledges to be convincing. Far too much information for any human to remember. Though, I admit, I can’t be sure the same is true for you. Perhaps your species would fare better?”

“Don’t I wish,” the alien sighed, shaking her head. No, not a chance. She was a terrible actor.

Levin nodded with sympathetic understanding. “So instead of handing such an important task to a user who is guaranteed to be unable to handle it, the Alter-Ego Kit uses lightning-fast subliminal messages and psionic resonance circuits to make the adjustments for you. It’s really quite a mild sensation, don’t worry, you’ll barely notice it – but it will come in very handy for maintaining your disguise.”

BB had to admit, he made sense. In fact, now she was kind of embarrassed that she hadn’t even thought of any of that. Of course it wasn’t enough to just put on a disguise – you needed to know how to act like a human too, didn’t you? Something she had proven more than enough times she had no idea how to do, as Gimmick would absolutely be reminding her right now if she was here.

“There’s no chance of giving yourself away with a slip of the tongue or an accidental faux pas,” the good Doctor finished his explanation. “But please, don’t just take my word for it. Why not give it a try? A quick test should put your concerns to rest, I always say!”

Hm.

Blue Blazer hesitated. She liked to think of herself as a fairly decisive woman, capable of making difficult decisions without blinking, but this one was tricky. She’d had a lot of bad experiences with hypnosis, and with mind control in general. A lot of bad experiences. Normally she wouldn’t go anywhere near something that was going to ‘hypnotically upload data to her psyche’.

… But Doctor Levin really was the best of the best. All of her hero friends trusted him. And she really, desperately did want some solution to this problem. She was tired of always being the outsider on this world she loved so much…

“Alright,” she finally said, lifting the collar to her neck and clicking it closed. “Let’s give it a try.

Nervously, her fingers slid to the button, and pushed it. There was a flash of light.

In the space between moments, she felt a curious cacophony of sensations. Like a pleasant massage rippling out around her, caressing her skin and soothing her muscles. It was a rather nice feeling, one that registered in the back of her brain as a brief touch of delight, a thrill buzzing down her spine and dissipating out through her body.

It certainly distracted her from the odd moment of vertigo, dizziness filling her head as the world seemed to grow bigger around her. Height was flowing out of her, and something else was flowing in. Heat blossoming in her chest as her breasts expanded. Warmth dripping into her belly as her firm abs melted away. A shimmer through her arms as they merged together, slimming into a single pair, muscle definition squeezed away…

Her skin paled, going from from deep, rich blue, to a ghostly white. Her hair rippled retreated back into her head, darkness crawling up from her roots while her locks rose away from her shoulders, ending up styled into something short styled into deliberate points. Her face shifted, nose shrinking a touch, while her eyes grew sharper, eyebrows dark and thick. Her antennae vanished back into her scalp.

Even her clothing was getting in on the shift, her red spandex-like costume and cape wrapping around her and reshaping itself into a tight black fishnet top, complete with an open leather jacket and a short black skirt. Accessories were also provided: Her Alter-Ego Kit took the form of a spiked dog’s collar around her neck, while her ears prickled with an assortment of rings and studs, and a pair of skull stickers slapped themselves over her nipples, the only vague appeasement to modesty her outfit had…

Then, in the blink of an eye, the world swam back into focus. The pale skinned punk blinked and looking around. “The fuck?” She grunted, reaching into a jacket pocket and pulling out a cigarette, seizing it between her teeth as she hunted for a lighter. “The hell was that lightshow about, four-eyes?”

Doctor Levin clapped his hands, looking delighted. “Ah! The pale punk prefab! Excellent, excellent. I must say, you’ve turned out very nicely.” His eyes traced the peak of her curves, her barely hidden breasts as large as her head, and her mildly covered ass just as wide.

She squinted up at him suspiciously, pausing in her rummaging. “Weirding me out, Doc.”

He shrugged. “Don’t worry about it.”

There was a dizzy feeling in the centre of her head – the punk’s eyes crossing for a moment. She didn’t worry about it. “Fine. Whatever.” She muttered as she pulled out her lighter, bringing it up to her lips.

“And don’t smoke in here.”

“You’re not the boss of- Uh…” That dizzy feeling again. It felt like her thoughts were getting wrapped up in fuzz. “… I mean, sure, fine… Didn’t want to anyway.”

She shoved her lighter and unlit stick back into her pocket, feeling ten kinds of awkward all of a sudden. “So what the fuck were we doing in here again? Must have zoned out while you were rambling.”

“Jut running a few tests, my dear. If you could answer a few questions for me, that would be perfect.” He pulled out a tablet, tapping away on it before examining her with a critical eye once again. “So, what’s your name?”

“What?” She scowled at him, folding her arms under her chest. “C’mon Doc, don’t waste my time with stupid shit. You know what my name is.”

“Oh go on,” he winked, giving her a lecherous smile as his eyes gravitated to her boobs again. “Humor me.”

“Tch.” She rolled her eyes. Again, the fuzz in her head… “Fine. My name is Kelly Richardson. But you can call me Killer Kel, got it?”

“Got it, got it.” He nodded, tapping on his tablet again. “So tell me, Kel, where did you grow up?”

“The streets, bitch.” She nodded proudly.

The Doctor just raised an eyebrow at her.

“… The streets of Newpine, Penselvania.” ‘Killer’ Kel grumbled, glancing away.

“Ah, I’ve been there! Lovely place. Very nice parks.”

“Shut the fuck up.”

He chuckled. “And if I might ask, what do you think of superheroes?”

“Superheroes?” She snorted. “Stupid bitches, just going around bossing people about. So what if I steal some shit? I take what I want! Don’t like it, that’s your problem!”

“Excellent, excellent.” He tapped the tablet again, before setting it down to circle the table between them. “It sounds like your history and personality are working just fine. Let’s check the compliance. Tell me, Kelly-

Killer Kel.”

“Right, yes, sorry, Killer Kel, tell me, what would you do if someone made sexual advances on you? Say, took advantage of those giant melons you’re shoving out there?”

The pale woman screwed up her face in disgust. “Ew. What kind of question is that? I’m allowed to show off my killer body however I want! But if some jackass thinks that means they can get frisky, then…” She flicked her wrist, a switch-knife appearing unsheathed in her hand, giving the Doctor a pointed look. “I can get frisky right on back.”

He nodded understandingly – and then leaned over, firmly squeezing her right nipple between his thumb and forefinger.

“Ooooh~!” Immediately the knife clattered to the floor as ‘Killer’ Kel’s knees buckled, dropping her into a kneel, her white face flushing red as she moaned with arousal.

“Hmm.” Levin nodded, pulling his hand back, with no care for Kel’s disappointed whine. “Tough and prickly exterior, soft and gooey centre. Seems extra sensitive in this form too. Perfect. All in working order.” He turned back to his tablet. “Now, the Kit should deactivate on its own after the timer expires, or it detects a need for your true superhero self, but since we don’t have all day, I’ll just use the remote deactivation function here…”

He pressed a button, and there was another flash of light.

Then Blue Blazer found herself kneeling on the floor of the lab, blinking as she returned to her true self.

“That was… Wow…” She took a breath, getting back to her feet and straightening up, flexing her arms as if to reassure herself she had all four once more. “That was incredible. It felt like I was really her. I knew what to say, how to act…”

“That’s the power of the Alter-Ego Kit!” Doctor Levin nodded, offering her a hand to stand back up. “And I must say, by my readings you took to it nicely. Perhaps your physiology is more attuned to this kind of technology than a regular human’s.”

BB blinked. “I suppose that might be possible. It’s strange, though. Now that I look back, I can’t really remember what I did? Is that normal?”

The dark-haired man waved away her concerns. “Some disorientation is to be expected, especially on the first few uses. Nothing to worry about. But we should conduct a few more tests, just to make sure.”

“Some disorientation… Right…” The blonde blue babe sighed, rubbing her temples. Mn, she still felt like she had cotton up there. “We may have to remove the hypnotic element if it doesn’t relent. I dislike the feeling of not being able to think clearly…”

Levin nodded understandingly. “Of course, of course. Well, let’s just see, shall we? Trying out another profile should give us more data. How about we try something more suitable to, say, if you needed to stake out an area for an extended period? This profile should allow you to hang around without being noticed for as long as you need.”

BB thought for a moment, before nodding. “That does sound incredibly useful, actually. How do I change the settings on this?” Her lower lands reached up to clasp her collar.

“Oh, the Alter-Ego Kit should sense what you want and select an appropriate profile for you automatically with a small algorithm. Psychic sensors, very useful tech. But in this case, I can just active the desired profile from here, like this.” He pressed a button on his tablet, and there was another flash of light.

A jolt ran down her spine, and for the briefest flicker of an instant, she felt herself changing again. It was a lot like the first time – her body shrinking, her arms merging, her alien features retreating and her skin turning a nice bronzed tan. This time the heat in her chest was more intense, a heaving, sweltering heat that spread through the rest of her body, nestling in her fingertips, between her legs, and bubbling in her head…

And oh, her head felt so very bubbly right now! Bubbles of pleasure, bursting like fireworks, pop pop pop pop pop~ Just a steady stream of silly, scintillating fun distracting her while the fuzz in her head grew thicker and thicker and thicker, until there were almost no thoughts left in there at all – just bubbles and heat.

Mmmn, she felt so hot all of a sudden. Cantaloupe sized breasts, beautiful long blonde hair, and an ass you could bounce a whole roll of quarters off… Her form was settling, and so was she. Her clothing rewove itself once again, forming into a pink crop-top with straps that just barely held her massive boobs in, along with a tight cougar skin skirt that almost managed the gargantuan task of squeezing her ass inside. Coupled with pink fishnet stockings and a pair of red high heels, as well as a smattering of cheap makeup and jewellery… Done!

The flash faded, and she giggled, putting a finger to her ruby red lips. “Like, what as I doing again? I totally forgot~”

Doctor Levin chuckled, blatantly ogling the woman’s body as he scrolled through his tablet once more. “Just taking a few tests, my dear, remember?”

Wide, vapid eyes blinked. “Oh, right, I totally remember that! Just don’t take too long – I gotta get back to work~” She threw in a wink, bending forwards to show off her incredibly deep cleavage line.

The man couldn’t help but whistle. “I’ll go as fast as I can. Let’s see - Your name?”

“Candy! Candy Cane~” The blonde giggled again, wiggling her hips. “‘Cuz, like, I’m the best sucker you’ll ever buy – and really cheap, too!”

“Wonderful. Profession?”

Another vapid blink. “Wha?”

“What’s your job, dear?”

Light dawned. Slowly, like the rise of a distant sun that had gotten really drunk last night. “Ooooh. I’m like a prosi… prozdi… I’m totally a whore~ I suck, I fuck, I got pillows I got trunk~” Candy sang, presenting her chest again before spinning around and giving her ass a firm smack.

The Doctor nodded, his grin growing wider as he made another note. “History and attitude seem to have taken nicely. Bonus question for you, Candy, what’s five plus six?”

The bimbo bit her lip. One could practically hear the hamster wheel in her brain spinning overtime as she poured all of her brainpower into answering… Before finally giving up with a jug jiggling shrug. “Uh, I don’t have that many fingers…”

He snapped his fingers. “Perfect! You’ll be the most popular whore in the city, my dear. I can already tell you’re going to enjoy your stakeouts a lot more from now on.”

“Oh goodie!” She clapped giddily. “I love steak. Though…” She licked her lips. “I like sausage even more~”

The Doctor paused, taking that in for a second, before punching something extra into his tablet. “Well I’m absolutely saving your profile for a revisit later. But first, I should finish these tests…”

There was another flash, and Blue Blazer was back, standing in Candy’s place. The blonde alien looked a little confused this time. “Uh… Doctor, who was I, just now? Only, I really don’t remember anything this time, and I really can’t help but feel a little concerned…”

Her hands were already reaching up to pull the collar off.

“Hmmm. That is strange,” he said, tapping another button. There was a flash. “Let me just consult with a fellow genius about the matter…”

“Oh Roger…” A new woman had taken BB’s place – this one a dark, long haired lady, standing with her arms folded, an amused smirk on her bespeckled face. “What pervy shenanigans are you up to this time?”

This time the change had been accompanied by a new sensation – a kind of lightning in her head. Suddenly, her thoughts moved faster, ideas popped up better, concepts clicked together smoother. Knowledge, facts and equations poured in, painting in every shadowy corner of the universe.

There was no fuzz this time. In fact, it felt like her head was being dusted, cleaned out of all the cruft and clutter. The cogs that made up her mind were given a tune up and a polish by the gentlest of master craftsmen. And when the process finished, everything she was sang in harmony.

Not quite as busty as Candy, nor as pale as Killer Kel, the woman who now stood confidently in the middle of Doctor Levin’s personal lab was still a curvy beauty, even if her white lab coat did little to show her looks off to the world, though the tight black dress beneath it did try to address the balance. Long brunette locks curled around the edges of a rather cute face – made all the cuter by her thick rimmed spectacles. Those were science solving glasses, there could be no doubt.

Even the good Doctor was stunned, taking her all in with a curious expression. “Now this is unexpected. Who might you…?”

“Unexpected?” The woman raised an eyebrow. “Is that so? In that case…” She took a step forward, a proud swagger in her hips as she snatched the tablet from Levin’s hands. “Give me that.”

“Wha- Hey!” The Doctor protested, but found himself silenced by the woman’s finger, pressed against his lips over her shoulder as she turned around and began to read through his records.

“Alter-Ego Kit, of course, only sensible name for it… Ooh, hypnotic injectors, that explains the jump start I felt in my head… Ah! Aha.” She tapped a finger nail against the tablet’s screen, looking back at the man with an amused smirk. “I knew it. Darling, you really do just let that magnificent dick of yours do all the thinking sometimes, don’t you? What did you think a ‘Perfect Partner’ profile was going to do?”

“Oh, ah, well, that one…” Her finger silenced him again. This… really wasn’t going at all like he’d planned.

“The psychic sensors can pick up on your desires just as easily as they could pick up the poor patsy you tricked into wearing this genius device of yours.” The woman giggled, reaching up to tap a finger against the Alter-Ego kit around her neck. “Of course this profile was going to brainwash her into being your perfect match! Come on, darling, you’ve hypno-whammied enough heroes to know how this works. Isn’t that how you lured her into putting it on? I bet none of them could stop singing your praises~”

Levin swallowed. He wasn’t entirely sure why. “You, ah… You know about that?”

“I know everything I need to,” she purred, turning to lean against the lab table, letting her lab coat hang open so that she could squeeze her cleavage up straight in front of him. “So yes, yes, I know you like your bimbos – who doesn’t? But they’re just fast food, dear. What you need is a healthy meal. And you know, I’d say I look very healthy indeed.”

Her hands ran down her sides, tracing the outline of her chest and hips… Before shoving said hips closer, grinding against the man she’d been made to love.

“I…” He coughed, eyes now quite firmly locked on her, all else forgotten. “I see! Well-”

“Oh, also? You adjusted for her brain chemistry wrong. Here.” She lifted the tablet up in front of him and tapped the screen a few times, rolling her shoulders for a moment as she felt the Kit around her neck adjust. “That should sort out any problems of her noticing anything strange when/if I turn back. She’ll think her brain going blank for minutes… hours… days… weeks… maybe even months at a time, is completely normal~”

The woman handed the tablet back with a wink. He took it, still mildly stunned, and scrolled through her adjustments. Oh, yes, that should do the trick. Why hadn’t he thought of it?

“Very good. My my.” Well then. May as well do this properly. “Name?”

“Misses Roger Levin, of course.” She smirked, lifting her hand to show off the ring on her finger. “But when you want to be sweet, you can call me Sheena.”

“Sheena, hm? Lovely name.”

“I know.”

They both laughed. “Profession?”

“Genius.” She shrugged, stating it without a single shred of humility. “Oh, and wife, of course~”

“Of course.” He nodded as he put both down. Then he raised an eyebrow. “Well next is to test compliance, so-”

There was a roaring clatter as Sheena swept every device on the table onto the floor and hopped up to sit on it, already pulling off her lab coat. “So let’s get too it!” She purred, leaning back and hooking her ankles around the table sides.

… Well, Doctor Levin was never one to ignore a good scientific test. Though, it was hardly needed. Even as he fumbled with his belt, and his new wife tore her dress clean off, happily demonstrating her lack of underwear, he already knew the truth. The Alter-Ego Kit was working perfectly. Blue Blazer was going to love it.

He and Sheena were going to make certain of that~
