i'm really enjoying your reactions, i think I would just like more that you would give more of your opinion about the episodes

I think u take this too much to the heart, like this feels like projection the way you talking about, not even Jerry cares that much, and has shown to like the people of parks and rec

I really like the Jerry moments where you see that he lives a really good life at home. but i agree the parts where they make fun of him are off putting. I still enjoy the show a lot because the Jerry bullying moments are luckily not that often, its usual just one or two joke every few episodes. This one was so hard to watch because the entire episode was centered around it.

And I just finished that ep; yeah, that's how the writers try to justify the Jerry bullying over the course of the show: he's doing great! So... that makes it okay, I guess? I disagree.

Yup... they're SO FUCKING MEAN to Jerry ALL THE TIME and that's why I don't watch this show very often. Again: I get April being a bitch to him, because she's a bitch; ditto Tom being an asshole, because he's a tiny, tiny child who's selfish and self-centered.
But Leslie is otherwise a good person; Ron tends to not be mean-spirited, at least; I don't particularly like Andy but I can't recall him ever actually being mean-spirited except when Jerry's involved.
Here, the writers try to give you an out: they're being mean to Jerry, but he deserved it, because *he lied*. But, you know, he lied BECAUSE THEY'RE SO FUCKING SHITTY TO HIM, ALL THE TIME. I really don't like these characters when Jerry's around. They suck.
Even when I was, like, 14 or 15 years old, I wouldn't have acted this shitty to another person. They suck.
Like... the episode where he put so much thought into the art and they just shit all over him when he misspoke... god these people suck. (And of course, it's not just the hard work he put in, that shit was *good*. But of course, we can't have an actual good submission, so they shit on him and move on.)

yeah but you can rip on someone and you can bully them. I agree with her and many others, the way they treat him is out of character, they are not just making fun, they are being really mean to him, non stop. And honestly, i could see it from most of them, but with Leslie it just makes no sense. She is always so extremely kind and hates bullies. But then she is really horrible to him.

About the Jerry thing, I thought of something you said in one of your Rick and Morty reactions about the other Jerry. Didn't you say there was a Spanish colloquialism, something like 'snack' (?), to describe someone who is the target for this kind of thing in a group of people?

If you love Andy Samberg and you've never seen it before, you should watch Brooklyn 99. It is an amazing show!

What the characters lack in their interactions with Jerry is not politeness but kindness, I would even say basic decency. It’s mobbing, and only some people find that funny.
I’m always baffled that they kept this lowest form of comedy while otherwise the writing of the show improved considerably.

The problem with Anns situation is had she not dumped Andy he would not have changed, but now that he is changed she feels like maybe dumping him was a mistake.
So she couldn't have done anything different. Had she stayed with him he would still be the same child taking her for granted. Its the break up that made him grow up a little.

and even if she does not change her mind, in most episodes this is not really a thing, maybe one throw away joke.

The Jerry stuff never goes away and it's so extremely funny. Hopefully you can learn to laugh instead of wanting the characters in a comedy show to be polite and thoughtful.
