Due to the global economic change in the game world, the public version also received an update of resource accounting and distribution of colonists.

I have had the game running for some time now. The merchant ship has never showed up so I can buy the other race of colonists. So I have been working with just humans. Is there some thing I am doing wrong and it has not unlocked the non human colonists?

ok so here is good one for you..... im not a patreon, but since the update i have a wierd problem. i have -382 food which is more food than i make per day (currentlly max) even when adding 100 food from hall of fame. so i wait a day..... but the next day the food drops down back to -382..... this meens i cant reproduce (nor just have sex for the fun of it) any more. there's nothing for me to do in game wise... maybe my colony is too big? but how can that be?

hi, It the last version 1.4.9 or 1.5? i can only update to 1.4.9.

I have a couple of questions about when stuff will be publicly available as these are features I need to see and try before I decide whether or not I want to support this game. The first of which being colonist reassignment, before 1.4.9 all colonists assigned to the farm or mine contributed now only some do this makes me wish I could allocate them to do nothing so that I could sell them, I also wish for reallocation so that I could get rid of some of my older breeders, the reason being as I have selectively breed my colonists, some of my colonists (the earlier ones) aren't as aesthetically pleasing as the newer better looking colonists and with the stat system implemented as well I doubt I will be using many of those older colonists anymore. The second being the ability to sell colonists, this would have been nice before 1.4.9 but with the 1.4.9 update it is crucial I can not have any more colonists because I no longer make enough food because of the resource overhaul and without a way to get rid of my old colonists I am stuck, as I won't be able to upgrade my farm for at least 40 days as the only current way to make money is from the statues. The third thing is my characters customization it is currently non existent I need to be able to customize myself. The fourth thing is I want to be able to breed with the colonists. The fifth thing is more of a notice which is I want you to be able to save a name for your colony as it currently resets every time you open the game.

No, I did not find your message rude. I called the wrong group in the work bustle. The group is updated automatically twice a day. The source of information is this resource. We download the received lists to our server. Usually changing the group or sending the code takes no more than 24 hours. Your group has been updated more than 10 hours ago)

I can not check your files, since you are not subscribed to us. The only thing I can recommend is to reinstall the game. Perhaps one of the files received an error when loading.

Hello! nice artwork for the game!! I tried the game yesterday and in the tutorial section, the game stops after i create the mines... it shows me a loading page that reaches 100% and never gets out. If i close the game and open again, the tutorial part is over :( and if i go to the mines again it gives me the same problem. Maybe i'm the only one maybe not...

Hi, I loved the game. But, Here's a suggestion, I've found Pandorium by your last projects, more specifically by Dungeon Frank, so why don't you mix elements of Dungeon in Pandorium on future updates. They are both great and its sad one of then to be discontinnued.

So my net food consumption cost is now at 0, after selling over 300 colonists. I have 100 food. Do I need to keep the food cost above 0 to breed? It seems rather frustrating to have to pick who to sell off every time. It doesn't help that the next food and mining upgrade is at 350000 minerals and 170000 currency.

It would be really cool if you could have sex with the colonists at the hostel 's, and maybe even impregnate them with the main character of the game.

So I just downloaded you game, got through the updates, and selected a new game. I now am staring at a black screen and the game does not seem to be loading up. Suggestions?

I have just downloaded the game, after quite the trial and error process. I have tried playing the game and I am having issues figuring out the processes need to progress in the game. I really would like a tutorial or just some basic instructions. I am not a "gamer" so I may not pick up on the things as easily. I have been all over this site looking for help, finding none. Hey. Yes, we track errors and correct them. Your mistake is a black child from Asians, this is an interesting case. We checked what could be a mistake and did not find anything suspicious. But, to avoid such a mistake, we made changes to the algorithm. This should not happen again. We discovered and corrected a mistake in the market. The distribution of skills had certain shortcomings. As for inheriting the data of their parents, at the moment this is not working properly. But in our plans there is no transfer of inheritance skills. With the latest update, i've seen the values for the colonists purchased in the market increase to 5's... While this is an effective stop-gap measure to get your colony re-populated after having to sell all of my carefully bred-for-appearance colonists, I very much do not like having to buy colonists to get my colony running in what was ostensibly supposed to be a breeding game. So far, the colonists i have bred with the new 'improved' market-purchased colonists have not inherited their parents traits... The first was was born a black male to 2 Asian parents... Though that particular travesty has not happened again, subsequent adults have had stats in the 1-2 range, even though they were bred from parents with 3 and 4 breeding stats. Thus far, the new system seems to have completely negated any purpose to breeding your own colonists, other than looks, which has now been rendered pointless, as you cannot have a viable colony based on looks. Hopefully, this is something you are aware of, and are working to remedy.

At the moment we are not doing this. A lot of work on the main part. I pointed out that the servants are not yet. So you can not do this.

Hey. You should remove the launcher and reinstall it. The reason may be in the corruption of one of the files during the installation. For example, it did not load completely. I downloaded the client, entered my user name and password, was recognized. Clicked new game, and it wanted to install updates. Been stuck at 1/29 updates (100%) on that one. **Edit - redownloading and launching did not work. The program that launches it is up to date. Edit again - used administrator function and is now downloading. I'm sure it was mentioned somewhere.

New bug report for the punch list... Workers randomly unassign themselves form working in the farm and mine... I set them all to working, production updates, when i log back in later and see production has dropped, i get back into the farm and mine, and find people unassigned.

visit the hostel and you can get an explanation of which traits are for which role there by mousing over them.

Ok, it appears that there is an issue when buying people from the market, mostly for breeding. When breeding newly bought females I think usually, during the sex animation, it stops and doesnt complete the breeding, thus having to restart the game. When restarting the game, it undo whatever changes you made before that, but still retaining the people you bought. Also, just now when breeding a black female that was bought from the market, upon getting pregnant, she became a white female that was pregnant and unassigned. So, I restarted the game to find that I have the black female again but not pregnant. Only seeing the breeding issues with newly bought people from the market.

If you do not have enough resources, you can sell the colonists. or vice versa. The resources are calculated only for the construction of the colony most necessary for the start.

I created a new save for the game and realized that there is no enough resources for me to finish all the constructions in the beginning part, after the new eco-system.

The game does not update. Even when run as admin. It updated some of the way, but paused on the last 9 files. It continues to pause on them.

Just something i thought of would add some more stuff to do: improve your own characters stats (by training or doing something) and being able to breed with colonists (with a strong limitation) in hopes of creating a better stat colonist from birth. But this would also need customization of your own character first. Adding missions to colonists like the future soldier ones to go out and explore and bring in resources or other alien races to add to the colony rooster. (hunt food/scavenge resources/exploration for aliens)

I transfer my post in this thread, hoping to get a answer. Reading through the posts I saw that you can start or should start the launcher in admin mode by right clicking the icon. This does not work for mac. My older comment below: I downloaded the latest launcher for mac osX. When I start the launcher it starts and I can go to the sign up screen. I can fill in the form, name, password, email adress but I can't push the sign up button, it stays gray. Only the back button is working. So I can't start the game. Any help?

can you make a option to sell unassigned colonist in the market rather then assign them to mining, breeding, or farming in order to sell them? With over 300 people unassigned it becomes a pain with the loading in the allocation.

can i get an answer on this? is my game bugged? i now have 81 colonist (sold more) im +17 food (172 surplus), lots of resources and i sill cant breed. i get the "not enough resources" message.

Game had such potential but the last few patches have been going away from making a good game.

well whereas the "You" character is generic uncustomizable guy, I just found a better character to identify myself with and made him the stud in the reproduction house...

so, nice update but when do we get the aliens?^^ the only things i need for my perfect colony are the sexy aliens and the option to impregnate the colonists by myself

ummm guys ... An asian guy and an asian girl just had a black kid with an afro... This will not do. .. I'm not doing any more breeding until that shit gets fixed.

My ressources just keep going up and down. This morning I had 6.8K materials. Now "a day ingame" after, I have 4.2k, wich is the same amount I had yesterday at noon. And it was the same thing after the release :x Quite frustrating, especially when bugs and update just deleted all savings I made for this kind of new feature :/

Wow. So, took a few goes, but finally got that sorted. With level 6 farms, and 20 of my lvl 3 colonists (the legacy colonists are 3s across the board on skills) working them, I can get a population of 85ish. With a +2 surplus. Which is weird, since they use 3 each. I've still got a lot unassigned, so I guess I could sell more, and get some with 4 in farming. (Should be able to tell what the skills are when buying) Or see if breeding new ones get different stats. Or wait till I can start training. Resources are a nice 800/day, so just logging in to collect hall of fame will build a surplus if I just chill.

I agree with rhys, when will there be an update that allows you to unassign a colonist from any job say move them from farmer to miner or what have you. It would be great if we could move them as we saw fit rather then sell off the ones we do not need essentially. I am however pleased with the changes you are making. I think that having the two hostels is a good idea because it should then allow more in-depth development of those colonists in that one field and on top of that is there plans to have other interactions with the colonists in those areas other than development, i.e. relationship type of status and possibility to have sex with them and so on. I think this would be a great dynamic because it could also influence how well they view the leader and influence their work other than just developing their skills.

That's what the new update provided... entering the farm now has a way for you to assign the new 'skilled' workers and unassign the old ones... You need to sell off your former unskilled colonists and buy some skilled ones, and get to breeding them... Hopefully, the skilled workers will breed skilled babies.

Hi, I have 98 colonists, with the new update I have a max employment of 15 farmers which puts me still in negative food production, with no way to dismiss workers I no longer need there is no way for me to produce food which means there is no way for me to breed better farmers. These last updates have been great but you NEED a way to dismiss workers AND to move them fro one job to another every update makes this more and more important to the sustainability of a colony

I for one is against split hostels idea. It confuses player. Hostel is better as a single place for storing unassigned colonists (even those allocated for special workplaces like it does for breeding ones atm)

The new market area is split into two "entrances" but shortcut button teleports player someway afar of both. Going to them manually is slow and painful. Why not make a common entrance like with farm/mine?

When adding employees to a mine or a farm the game stops responding to clicks after adding like 4 workers (or random but it did so after forth addition in both). It just stops recognizing buttons and turns cursor to arrow mode for whatever is beneath.

In any case this game is getting to be all about these dismal economics. It doesn't really make up for there not being any fun parts of the game to just make all the pragmatic things so expensive that we just spend out time grinding resources.

Can you at least simplify the interface so that we can sell right forma location. As it is I have to assign colonists before selling them off. At this point I need to sell something like two hundred colonists (which is not fun as I was kind of attached to them and hoping I'd get to do things with them) and having to click five times per colonist to sell them is a drag.

what is the max colonist #? or how much resource do i need to breed? i have 116 food available, i know they consume 3 each (learned this when selling them), my daily (i think its daily production) is +8, im maxed on farm and mine, but i cant breed (get not enough resource when trying). If have 84 total colonist.

Additional bugs still in play: 1. Females have male names assigned. 2. Upon impregnation, it says a random name has been impregnated, not the girl in question, and the character art changes. 3. After impregnating my newly purchased girls, the 2 males i had remaining in allocation have the pregnancy symbol on them... This may or may not be related to bug 2, where it said a different name was impregnated, because one of their names looked familiar to me... I think i saw "Jake" in the impregnation message..

make this game more playable, less fancy make possible to just move from place to place without moving this stupid map, just click make possible to move between your workers like it was in old version, now you must click everyone, and then go back to main list and click another one - you can't just jump betwwen them graphic is fine, but is useless if interface make such obstacels I start playing new update, and after 3 minuts I don;t wont to play it

Another problem... I saw now how much I have to do for increase at level 5 the farm 200000minerals and 100000money. 250 days with the mine at lv5... it seems too much.

Hum, pretty nice update ! Unfortunally, the game sometimes stops responding and I have to reload it (happend in Hall of Fame, while walking arround the city, sorting colonist). An other wierd thing is that I have a negative food production of -77 and colonists aren't allowed to breed, even if the Hall of Fame give me enough food for the day. And I can't sell this 100 given food stock, so it's a loss ^^'

Yes. We know this error and we will soon fix it. The error is due to the fact that the game is waiting for all your colonists to load.

Ever since the change from the web-based game, I've had this weird bug where the game lags for a couple of seconds every time I enter the allocation - assign colonists screen. I've stockpilled a ton of them, so I guess it has something to do with the game getting it's server-side data? I don't know. All I know is it's a nightmare now to sell off all 100 and something of them so I can get my food production above zero again. Extra details: I've got about 150 colonists on that screen. The game doesn't completely freeze, the animations keep playing but I can't click on anything for a couple of seconds right after the thumbnail portraits of my available colonists appear. Also, it doesn't matter if I come from the first allocation menu screen or if I come back from inspecting a colonist, the game lags regardless.

I can seem to find the allocated worker screen for the mine has anyone else found it for allocating worker to the mine?

you just had to assign workers to your farm and mine in their respective menus to get production again. It said how to utilize the upgraded farm/mine in the update notes.

OK, honestly i don't know where this is going... I stockpiled food and people thinking the next step would be colonization, but instead, my mineral production was zero, and i was negative on food production. I could lower my negative food by selling off, so i sold of *every single person in my colony... Totally empty... And i was still negative on food production. It's amazing to me how i produce more food with no one working than with anyone... That aside, i then built the markets and hostels... I bought 2 breeders with the 'improved' stats, and 1 improved farm worker and one improved mine worker. Guess what? With improved farm worker, my negative production when higher by same amount as standard colonist, and with improved miner, my mine production stayed at zero... I'm completely baffled by whatever logic is at work here.

so my 20k stored minerals went down to 3k, and my lvl 6 mine i spent weeks building up now produces 0... great.

Another thing I'd like to point out is that I think the starting resources when starting new game is a bit too low. There isn't enough resources to build the hostels at the farm and mine or a market when starting the game.

I have a suggestion to make regarding to resource productions, food/mine, for any gains or loss, it doesn't show if its per hour or per day. Can you include the hourly or daily as part of the production info at the top of the screen?

You have to run the launcher as Administrator. Right click icon &gt; Run as Admin

I started a new game and now I cannot complete the tutorial because my resources are the same as my old save... Any fix incoming?

I'm new to this, I did as the instructions say about Having AdobeAir. then I downloaded the new Launcher and made the username and password. once logged in It recommended for me to Update the game and I did, now it just stays in 100% and it has been 1 hour already. Did I do something wrong?

yeah, it seems ressurces have been (radically) reduces. should have upgraded my farms more (spend all on mines, so gotta had to buy food, which seems to work, can't tell about selling colonist, cause i have only minors in allocation^^)

So... I had less than 200000 money, now i have 2000. Same with the resources I had 15000 now i have 2500. They decreased very fast wen i logged in. With this problem i have to start a new game because i cant sellor buy whitout the market. Allocation animation it's still long. With thousand of colonist in the list i have to wait 15 second each to allocate the next. Can we skip the animation? Bugs: i can't add all the employee at the same time, I can add 4/5 before the game freeze. I have to restart the game all the time.

When I log in and the game continue I get only a black screen, what can be the reason?

Possible bug: When starting a new game, the colony doesn't have enough resources to complete the tutorial and becomes stuck.
