I want to tell you how things are going with the new version, and what to expect in the near future.
So. I am currently working on developing the skills of the colonists. The new feature will allow you to visit each colonist. View more detailed statistics on it, change the name to the colonist (maybe in the future more), and assign him a training.

I added clothes to the colonists. Each class has its own type of clothing. At the moment I doubt whether it is worth making several types of clothes for one class or leaving one basic set.

Training. This function allows you to develop the skills of the colonist in the class to which he refers.


Why is training useful? Training develops the colonist's skill, with increasing skill level, the colonist reveals more abilities and opportunities.
For example. You have a miner with a level of "strength" 4. After training, he will raise the level by one point. Each coaching will be more difficult, but at the same time it will affect the level.
So you can have 5 miners who will have a performance like 20 or more people.
With the right approach, you will be able to save a large number of resources and not having a large army of colonists.
Now the most expected question:
When should we wait for this version?
- I have already done 70% of the work. So I hope that we will be able to update our client to version 1.6 in the first half of next month.
What are your plans for the future?
- After the release of version 1.6 Doberman and Ratrus have a lot of work in improving the code and structure of the game as a whole.
In addition, they have to develop a family tree colony. You can track the nearest relatives of each colonist.
At the request of some patrons, we will add a message with a warning about incest, in the case of attempting to mate the nearest relatives. I also have an idea to complicate this situation. It is possible to make the process of copulation of relatives more difficult.
- My plans. Add a few new features for the household. This I will tell later in a separate post. Also I plan to start creating a new race. ;)
At the moment I have not decided how to present it, as a quest or a simple commodity on the market. This will depend on the amount of work. I do not want you to wait long.
