Launcher 3.0

We made some changes to the launcher. All comers can download a new launcher here: DOWNLOAD.
The launcher does not affect the game, so updating it is a voluntary move.
Note that before you install a new version of the launcher, you need to delete the entire folder with the game as a whole.
Default it is here: C:\Program Files (x86) - PandoriumLauncher

2017-08-28 23:42:54 +0000 UTCLauncher will not complete the update process. says 1/30, bar reaches full (5mb) then apparently stops. Left it there for 5+ minutes with no change. Finally canceled. :( Running W10 and used v3.0.
