It's a security related problem with the ciphers accepted by the https server. It's now requiring TLS 1.2 and it's not enabled by default in old Internet Explorer versions (yeah, Adobe Air/Flex rely on windows/internet explorer libraries and configurations, this is a reported bug for adobe but not solved yet :S)

after reading the stuff made everything to solve problem i thought maybe it's about my computer and i followed these steps today: 1- About firewall, i've done all the updates - nothing happened 2- Once again i tried to have a speed test on 3 different sites and one of them caused some problems. it's said maybe my firewall could block reaching the server. then i clicked the suggestions and read that this problem is caused buy obsolete java software. so i updated that as well and tried to have speed test again and it did and according to those 3 sites my internet speed is 24-26 mb and ping varies from 8-20 (yeah i'm surprised as anybody) but can i connect to the servers? No. 3-Then i watched "how to solve the server connection problem" videos and i made exceptions for pandorium. nothing 4-Then i turned the firewall off totally - nothing 5- Then i updated my anti-virus software (avast free)and turned off and on all its firewalls - nothing i spent 3 hours to solve but nothing happened. and unlikely of what's pandorium responds to Sadjfa's comment, the problems didn't start from the beginning. that issue started all of a sudden after the update. Cause as i mentioned here numerous times i've played this game almost since the beginning and never ever had connectivity issues. i only had them when you turned the server offline to have updates which is pretty normal. Also i re-downloaded the latest setup and no it didn't solved the problem as well. my last suggestion is for you to ask the stuff of other online games like, yareel or mnfclub. Anything else i need to try?

Something like two weeks ago, the game stopped launching : I had the black screen. After re-installing the game, I got the message "you have lost the connection…" (by the way, you wrote "unavaiiabie" and "addational"). Today, I downloaded and re-installed the new launcher after uninstalling the previous one. Same message. Can't the game be played locally ? Country : EU - Belgium. What do you mean by "what communication system you use". I'm on windows 7 on a desktop computer, with a decent internet connection. I run pandorium in admin mode, firewall and anti-virus received instructions to let the game pass.

You should try save trace records in a text file for debugging purposes
