Added 2021-02-24 08:59:58 +0000 UTCIt's becoming more and more precise therefore I wanted to post a teaser of the upcoming Earfun site which should go online within the next week (the text is not by me btw).
The whole process was quite an odyssey so far and it cost me lots of time and nerves to get it done, besides Earfun was really patient with me as they offered me enough time and freedom to really bring everything to perfection. Tuning took lots of time as I was not trying to adjust the sound to some particular curves or targets but rather invested lots of time into listening, finding issues, correcting, listening again etc. therefore please aplogise that I was not that active lately as I concentrated mostly on getting this whole thing done and squeeze out the best I could manage out of this cheap inear.
But now I am finally faithful that I gave my best to make this project stand out and offer the best possible sound quality which I personally can enjoy without reservations. Of course I cannot guarantee that you will get exactly the same results as me due do different earcanal geometry, but I tried hard to make the sound really enjoyable and faithful at the same time.
I will try to sit down during the next days and tell you more about the entire tuning process, setbacks, the different tuning steps accompanied by sound samples.
