Earfun Free Mini - quick review
Added 2022-01-27 09:17:53 +0000 UTCI got them directly from Earfun for a test, and it would be waste of time to make a video about them. They are not horrible especially for the asked price of €30. But the sound is nothing really special and they are not as Mini as the name would suggest. Compared to the Free Pro 2 the buds themselves are even thinner than the Minis:
Regarding sound: they are bassy although following the Harman target quite strictly thus do not appear too boomy or somehow off, bigger problem is the lack of mids which are scooped out, and the ear resonance peak is hearable well although also not that extreme like from most others. Air and sparkle is lacking due to missing upper treble:
I wouldn’t suggest them for sound or anything else. They obviously use another chipset than Airoha as the app is not able to connect to them. For the price not bad but not really great.
