There will be a new firmware available for download at the Earfun site or I will upload it here when I am back from holidays. I still hope that all production units will sound similar to the 2 units I got as last which you can hear here in this video.

Unfortunetely I don't have the U-Boom, but. I have a Charge 5, and. It sounds very nice to me, maybe because it's allways staying on my desk. Under the monitor, so. Never putting on a verry high volume.. from the video. It was sounding sometimes a bit harsh, but. I'm not saying that Earfün is rubish!! I addmit that it sounds more open and a bit more clear maybe, but. As I have mentioned, don't have the Earfün speaker my self
2022-12-02 11:05:11 +0000 UTCDid you try one on your own or just based on this video? I completely reworked the compensation for my microphones recently. My old compensation had way too much boost in the 7khz region making the recordings appear too harsh.
