New merch (sneak peek!)

We're excited to announce that we have a new set of merch available, and as patrons, you get to find out about it first! It'll be released to the internet at large in time for the main episode later this month (but please keep it under wraps until then).

Three things!

Tree diagram scarves 💚🎧🧣🌳

For anyone into structural relationships between things, such as syntax trees, language family trees, syllable structures, semantic structures, and computational structures, you can now wear this subtle, deeply nerdy, exhaustively combinatorial pattern around your neck. Available in black trees on cream (pictured above), light grey, millennial pink, red, and teal

Heck Yeah Descriptivism and Heck Yeah Language Change

Continuing our mission of providing an alternative to judgey language merch, you can now celebrate grammatical descriptivism and/or language change on a variety of items!

Heck Yeah Descriptivism: t-shirt (in classic, fitted, and relaxed), tote bag, mug, pouch (blue), pouch (green).

Heck Yeah Language Change: t-shirt (in classic, fitted, and relaxed), tote bag, mug, pouch (blue), pouch (green)

Existing merch in more colours!

As patrons, you can always contact us about custom colours (just send us a message on Patreon and we'll message you back with a custom link), but choosing your colour palette by hex code can be a little daunting, so we're providing a few more colours as inspiration!

The IPA scarves are now also available in white text on black, light grey, millennial pink, and teal (in addition to the existing navy, red, and olive).

Not judging your grammar, just analysing it is now also available in white text on a bright green notebook, dark blue notebook, bright green pouch, dark blue pouch, and in black on a pink pouch (in addition to the existing colours and items).

If you want to have the merch already in your hands or at least winging its way towards you when everyone else is just finding out about it, now's your chance! Or if you spot any typos or other issues that we can fix before the main launch, this is also a great time to let us know!

Thank you for all your comments and feedback on the first round of merch, which were super useful in helping us figure out what other kinds of merch people might want, and for keeping quiet about it on public social media until you see our posts officially announcing it later this month.

Stay Lingthusiastic! 🎧💚🛍️
