Challenger Video Ideas

I'm looking for challenger video ideas moving forward, since I committed to alternating challenge videos between regular episodes. My plan was to open the year with Bloodborne, and I just finished Demon's Souls Miracles Only for the second video. I will likely do a regular episode on FF5, since I can then start periodically inserting the single job challenges I have banked up.
After that, I'm not really sure what to aim for.
