I don't know if this will help you man, but if you're suddenly feeling really awful about your direction in life and it just happened to coincide with a sudden drop in daylight hours, it's not you, it's your brain. The fact that there's a lot of financial and social pressure near year's end tends to obfuscate this chemical process. Hold up as best you can, good sir. edit: also what they all said below.
