AC/N: Anti Cosmo makes it harder for Timmy to filter his words and starts speaking some of his errant lustful thoughts out loud causing further changes. Maybe Timmy accidently says something along the lines of "Mom looks like a total slut now!" Making his mom horny and have lower inhibitions. I'm also kind of trying to think of something that could open things up to get crazy down the line.
