I collected all the ideas you suggested and listed them down below. The idea with the most votes gets drawn! Multiple votes are active and the poll runs as long as I work on the last two pages :)

Option 1: Necklace Change | An ogling classmate mentions how hot Mrs. Turner is and how they wish she had a daughter as hot as her, which would change Timmy into Timmantha/Timmi. Because I don't want her sporting her mother's curves just yet I will tone the change down. I still give her hot curves tho lol.
Option 2: Plotpoint/Necklace Change | The same as Option 1 with the addition of Mrs. Turner asking Timmy to show his boner and masturbate a little for her, letting her reach a climax once she stopped in the parking lot. I don't want her to cause a car crash.
Option 3: Necklace Change | "Please forgive me mom! I will fix this I promise!" he thought eyeing her chest. "I am so sorry mom.. I can't even imagine how a chest like that must feel like.." muttered Timmy. Which would give Timmy tits as big as his mom's without changing his gender. Same thoughts I expressed in option 1: I don't want him sporting his mother's tits just yet, they still will be big lol
Option 4: Anti Cosmo/Necklace Change | Anti Cosmo influences Timmy to say something against his will resulting in more chaos: “If only there were more girls like my mom here..” I am still not sure how far reaching that statement would be. I think I would limit it to Trixie and Veronica. I honestly don't know more females in that school lol
