Does anyone else have information to this new research?

A conscripted soldier is no more guilty than a patriotic citizen that cheers the victories of his nation. Building munition factories in urban areas does not make urban areas off limits. Civilian deaths and especially those of children are horribly tragic, but they have always been and will always be an unfortunate cost of wars being waged by their parents whether soldier or civilian.
