Me personally I would have like an age regression and bimbofication with the nurse maybe she could use her healing kiss to keep whoever she is having sex with constantly revitalized so they can keep having sex. And if I had to say a favorite maybe shigaraki with how he is now in terms of power, or twice, or stain, also I like the high end nomu's.
