Hey there!
Worked on a rough concept for the animation poll winner today. As soon as I started I realized that this will be more difficult to pull off than I first anticipated. I always try to improve so I really want the animation to feel "real"... or "natural" might be the word I'm searching for xD
In the rough concept stage I'm just experimenting with timing and the like and using some 2d cameras to simulate movement here and there to not animate it all in such an early stage. So no worries in case it still looks off and janky here and there. It's just to give myself some hints on how it should roughly look like.
Still not satisfied with it and some layers are still missing to get the whole picture. Gonna animate a hand interacting with the tablet and sliders that have to move as well. The clothing, hair and facial layer is also missing.
So there's still a lot to do before I can move on to clean up the animation, doing lines etc. ^^
Also a reminder! The comic poll and the suggestion threads for the fanart and sequence come to an end tomorrow so be sure to send in your suggestions and vote for the continuation idea for the next TACS 2 chapter ^^
That's it from me for today, gonna continue my work on the animation tomorrow, after that it's back to scripting and animating in tandem ^^
