Wonderful Wednesdays #2
Added 2015-02-05 06:34:58 +0000 UTCSo, last time we had a wallpaper with the heroes. This time, the villains get their turn with a Digital Kickstarter Reward based on a pin-up called "Something's Brewing," with linework by Adam DeKraker and colors by Veronica Gandini.
I love all the details Adam and Vero put into this: the painted quality of the curtains, the exquisite details of the shield on the wall and the brazier, the shine on the crystal ball in the back, The Platinum Priestess' hair... I know I shouldn't gush about our work, but I'm really happy with how this turned out! I hope you are too. :)

Thoughts? Well, to start with, you're absolutely right about the exquisite detail that Adam and Vero worked into this piece. In addition to the bits you mentioned, there's also the bedside table, goblet and decanter to admire, and the use of lighting, shading, and color is delightful throughout the piece. Naturally, the subjects of the piece are expressive and easy on the eyes, as always.

2015-02-05 07:27:10 +0000 UTCSo much appreciation on this. TBH, there were many corners that could have been cut/simplified but no, Adam and Veronica produced a setting worthy of PP. The wall and floor have such a realistic texture, and even the goblet has its own design. Such details probably took many insane hours, but danggggggg -- epic job :)
