It's some new art from the Powers Cards – the youngest member of The Young Protectors, Flyboy, saving the day!
Looks like he might have been on a little, European vacation when this happened. :)
The art is by Gabriel Mayorga (linework) and Alex Sollazzo (colors).

So I'm sure you've explained it before, but I can't seem to remember. Does Flyboy have super strength as well as flight or is it just anything he touches becomes "weightless"? Just asking cause it looks like he might be struggling a little in the card, but in when flying the car in an earlier page he was having no issue at all.
