Thank you, Ty. And your description of extended traumatic experience mirror my own experiences, and it's something that is important for me to share in Spooky's story. It feels cool for you to have picked up on it. And you ask a good question: he's often the anchor for others, but who is going to rescue Spooky?

2018-07-03 23:53:48 +0000 UTCI really like this script. It strikes a chord about the realities of an extended traumatic experience. Namely, that not every millisecond of it has to be sheer horror for it to still count as traumatic, and also that the unpredictability of terror and joy can really do a number on the perception of emotions, events, and people. I’m not saying that there isn’t genuine love there, but traumatic experiences may make it easier to believe that love is *only* between certain people for certain reasons, and that the other person feels the same. I don’t really know what to say for Spooky - yet again he’s called on to be the anchor for another emotionally devastated person who deserves help. But who is going to rescue Spooks?
