And what exactly does Anaado mean when he says he lost everything trusting Spooky?

His love for him, his guilt and grief, his past traumas in Hell, his feelings for Kyle. I'm not sure I'm using the term right, but it's definitely starting to feel like he's gaslighting him, especially now that they're in Hell and LITERALLY being costantly beset. It's like he doesn't WANT to give Spooky time to think.
