RUNOFF! What's your favorite panel on Page 58 of Legendary CH 3?

Howdy!
I was preparing the next favorite panel survey and noticed that there was a tie in the result for page 58 of "Legendary CH 3". Panels 1 and 3 both got exactly 38% of the votes. What are the odds?! :)
So, I've created a quick run-off survey to break the tie between Panel 1 and Panel 3. Just to refresh your memory, please take a look again at page 58 here.

2019-01-23 19:57:27 +0000 UTCit is both hilarious and unsurprising that both panels feature Spooky zapping Velliok. indeed, a tough choice. however in the wider shot one the distance makes Spooks look very nonchalant/Done With V's $!#% and that makes me giggle, so~
