RUNOFF! What's your favorite panel on Page 61 of Legendary CH 3?

Howdy!
I was preparing the next favorite panel survey and noticed that there was a tie in the result for page 61 of "Legendary CH 3". Panels 4 and 5 both got exactly 34% of the votes.
So, I've created a quick run-off survey to break the tie between Panel 4 and Panel 5. Just to refresh your memory, please take a look again at page 61 here.
