That means that you've unlocked another sexy, world-spanning Pairing Image (like this painting that Marccus did featuring Deacon from Artifice and Jeff from The Young Protectors).
It also means you'll get a chance to VOTE for which two characters will get paired together and how sexy that image should be!

You should have gotten a message from Alex with the link to download the Kyle/Deacon wallpaper. This would've been for your "July pledge"; payments for August (this month) will be collected in the beginning of September (next month).
