Howdy Dave, There's no need to worry. I see that you have included 11" x 14" prints in your order. I won't be receiving those from the printer until the end of April, so that's when those preorders will begin to ship out. Currently, I'm working my way through all the non-print orders, which I started to ship in February. Hope that helps! Alex

2016-03-11 05:25:19 +0000 UTCThe february payment had to be withdrawn first, which it was on March 1st. Then it takes a couple of day to reach Alex from Patreon, and after that Alex can go see the list of who pledged on which level. After that he'll send out the emails with the pledge goodies. The email usually is sent out between the 5th and the 10th, so make sure to keep your pledge level until after that (if you even change it) or you may not show up correct on the list.
