00:45. As a person w/ BPD how do I emotionally regulate my gratitude versus anger at a therapist who I finally let in? I isolated myself and avoided any type of relationships. I’m angry my therapist for stirring all of theses emotions back up with the therapeutic relationship but I’m also extremely grateful because she’s brought empathy back into my life. Now I’m having issues with attachment & managing relationships. 8:23 And recommendations for creating healthy relationships? I didn’t have any models of healthy relationships as a child and I’m working on it in therapy. Also, are there any examples of healthy relationships in pop culture?
