I recently started a routine in the mornings where I walk, sit outside and have some me time before work, I open the blinds in my house and spend less time in bed and this is really helping me. I would say talk to your therapist about it as well. You are grieving and there is no timeline to grief so give yourself grace and time

2024-06-24 13:20:58 +0000 UTCI donβt know how or if I can get through this. My presious soulmate (my dog Lola) passed away almost 2 weeks ago. The only memory is her taken her last breath. With that in my head & knowing Iβll never see her again is just to much. She was by my side for 17yrs. I lived my life around her. A big part of me died with her. The only way for me to get through is I tell myself over & over that sheβs still here & she is just sleeping in the other room. & disassociate too. I wanted so bad to go with her & still do. I have a therapist but the last few times I just went blank & didnβt tell her how bad itβs getting. Nothing interest me in doing like hobbies & stuff beside I would feel guilty doing anything cause sheβs not here with me to enjoy. If I do do anything I do it for other reasons. Hoping something will happen to me. I donβt go & make it happened but Iβm not cautious. I just donβt know how to do this.

Just copy n Paste to resend your question to the DM to Kati & check if you got a DM & Tier level 2.. If your Tier 1 there are other ways to submit questions on Sunday AKA Youtube Open for anyone where 6 or so questions are selected.. or Youtube Membership group sesh Q & A

When I was at that level switching positions was the only thing that helped because I resented my job.

I was molested as a child, and have already been diagnosed with MMD, PTSD, Anxiety, and have a brain disorder. Complicated? It's the kleptomania and lying that is very disturbing. I've been on a waiting list for a therapist for 6 months, and I'm losing my insurance at the end of the month. ANY info, tips, support is GREATLY appreciated. I came to you first.π
