Artist Challenge: Davi Comodo vs. RBDude (+ BONUS Ren Tu Tsunami Pinup!)

Howdy y'all, 

So in October, I asked for your help  in finding the best artists for future Patreon pin-ups.  You voted on two different pin-ups of The Young Protectors characters by two different artists, and let me know what you thought.

Well, now it's time to let you know what the results of those votes were, and to share some more cool, new The Young Protectors artwork with you!

Voting Results

So, to remind you, there were two different pin-ups you got to download : a digital painting of Flyboy flying over a city by Ren Tu, and a very NSFW pin-up of Kyle in front of a pool by David Lopez. And then you got to vote on them with a 5 star scale (with 1 star being "meh" and 5 stars being "totally awesome!"). 

Well, the votes are now in!

Y'all definitely liked David Lopez' NSFW art and gave it an average of 3.21 stars. Pretty good!

But y'all loved Ren Tu's Flyboy, giving it an average of 4.51 stars. (In fact, over 61% of you gave it a full 5 stars!)

Davi Comodo vs. RBDude

I had expected to have the next two artists for you to vote on in November, but as we all know, you can't rush good art.  I'm happy, though, to be able to share those two new pin-ups with you now!

Davi Comodo

Davi is primarily a colorist and wanted to create a romantic scene between Kyle and Duncan, something that would highlight both of their powers.

RBDude

RBDude (aka Random Bara Dude) is a Chilean illustrator living in Spain and is someone I've followed for some time on Tumblr. He wanted to create a sexy, NSFW nighttime pin-up of Kyle.

Of course, on January 10th, all of these images will be sent out to $10+ Patrons as high-res files with over double the resolution.  So, if you really love one of the pin-ups and want to own it in high-res, there's still time to make that happen.
