Tell them you are closing your PayPal account and why.... Then connect to Patreon with your CC card. And send them a Note explaining why you will No longer be paying them through PayPal. It is always easier to say " I don't Like what PayPal is doing so Patreon, you shpould have told them to fuck off." when the solution is simpler. Since you are the one upset,...you should be the one telling PayPal to fuck off... don't ya think?

@Venron $500 alone is nothing of course, and life in russia is actually at times even more expensive then in USA for example. But between the money I get from "HU" and now here on Patreon I have enough to pay rent, and buy groceries... Not much left to save for the rainy day, but even that amount makes me happy because this my ONLY source of income and my full-time job...
