2021-02-13 17:18:29 +0000 UTCI remember, maybe 25 years ago, reading (Popular Mechanics?) about an experimental "non-lethal" weapon the US military was working on that hit an enemy fighter with an expanding foam that hardened and trapped them. I wondered how they were supposed to breathe, though. Looks like your baddie here was thinking along the same lines. Huh! What about Spider-Man's sticky spider-goo? :D
