RUNOFF! What's your favorite panel between Panel 2 & Panel 4 of Page 37 of Double Cross CH 3?

Howdy!
I was preparing the pin-up for the favorite panel poll and noticed that there was a tie in the result between Panel 2 and Panel 4 of Page 3 of "Double Cross CH 1". Both got exactly 24% of the votes!
So, I've created a quick run-off survey to break the tie between Panel 2 and Panel 4. Just to refresh your memory, please take a look again at page 37 here.
